Introduction
The general gist of Question Time posts are for players to ask various PAD-related questions that do not have a simple/Google-able answer or related article on my website. I do play other games and have often found myself having specific/unique questions about it but have no where to go and can imagine this may hold true for some of my readers.
With that being said, there will be some restrictions on the types of questions I will be answering.
If planning on commenting on a regular basis, it is advantageous to create a WordPress account to both receive notifications as well as giving me a point of reference as to who I am responding to.
Do’s and Don’t
For the most part, almost any question will be answered, even some non-invasive Off-Topic ones; however, it is best to ask questions that require explanation/why/my personal opinion. The following examples are Fantastic types of questions to ask:
- Of these options, what is the best Yusuke team I can make for Arena 3?
- What direction do you think GungHo will take with the 4x HP leads?
- Can Heart Cross teams be revived and if so, how?
The following types of questions will not be answered by me either because it has a simple Google-able answer or shows a lack of effort on the reader’s part:
- Anything that Google/Padx can answer
- A link to your entire Monster Box and saying “make me a team”
Conclusion
I hope my readers use this opportunity to ask questions that will hopefully improve their overall game play and progression.

Mantastic Puzzle and Dragons 
Hi, I’m currently trying to try making my B&J team viable again after they got their new evo. Currently running with B&J/Echidna Sara/Jhoira/Sherias Roots/Fujin/B&J friend. I know it’s not optimal but somehow it works just fine except in harder dungeons (mostly damage problems since I have no VDP/SFUA).
So my idea is:
1. Should I get Highren/Suou? I have a dupe sara, 2 dupes valk ciel, a dupe ideal, and a dupe valeria. Maybe even a Lajoah/Roche since I can’t see myself using them anytime soon. Any of those would fit just fine for VDP role but I don’t know if it’s worth the cost (especially considering seasonal 9* witch is a thing now) , or…
2. Should I just wait for the future MH collab? I’ve seen that Amatsu works wonder in B&J team and the new monster Alatreon also seems like a perfect fit for B&J team.

Tough question overall and it would probably come down whether or not your BJ team is the most optimal for you
Based on your subs presented, you have several less ideal cards and a single Suou/Highren won’t solve all your issues imo
On that note, you are right about 9* seasonals becoming a thing and who knows what they could be. Also, have you ever rolled in MH before?
With that being said, Highren is relatively future proof for a while as far as VDP is concerned so trading for them would probably have value moving forward, even on other teams

Thanks for the reply! Yea, exactly my thought. I just wanted to play with B&J just because I want a variation of team to play with, since I mainly went with zela kitty for harder contents. Just thinking that maybe Highren/Suou would be a good starting piece to correct my team, but that’s not seem to be the case. I guess I’ll take my time considering the trade.
And also, yes I’ve rolled in MH collabs before, but I only managed to get a zinogre and few lower rarities ones.

MH is pretty amazing as the 5* weapons are highly relevant. With that being said, what collabs/events have you missed

One interesting thing about coop is how various leaders perform worse due to no SA (eg Dark Zeta) and I have mostly been doing solo clears for A5
For myself, I find the most reliable team is Dark Karin which could be made better if I had Bride Zela

I could also use some help with my b&j team. I’m running: B&J (inherit Hatsume WA)/Dhalsim (tamadra ring)/Echidna Sara (Sagat WA)/ Set (Chiyome WA)/ MA Dantalion (Weld WA) / B&J (King Bradley WA).
This gives me 80% resist to blind, block, & poison. But I’m running into a few problems. No Fujin, tape resist or cloud resist, and my orb troll protection is also my awoken bind clear (Dhalsim). Any suggestions?
I’m long-term minimal IAP. I have a strong box on Pantheon and GFE, but I’m soft on collab cards and weapon assist cards.

The key with assists is building for the dungeon at hand. Eg. A5 is best tackled with Blind Resist. As such, you would try to achieve 100% there at the expense of something like Poison. I often change my inherits for the same team as it gives a great chance of success
As for subs, you at least have a VDP option as that is one issue BJ teams struggle with imo

For healing back up, you can’t go wrong witih Mel, since Verhoah doesn’t have a shield, she is vulnerable to gravity+hit, so you might need an inherit/sub that has a shield or pair her with beach I&I. beach i&i also makes a great sub.

Coins right now are generally pretty useless in the game, since they’re so easy to get and assist/power-up/evolution cost so little in relation (I have 850M+ right now, and the number only seems to be going up). What else do you think they could be used for?
I personally think there should be a coin shop that lets you buy common evo mats so that you don’t have to waste stamina trying to get it, especially if the all-days’ dungeon isn’t running or if you don’t get it after a few times.

I agree that at Coin shop would greatly alleviate some headaches and maybe give players incentive to run Weekend dungeons
Basic evo mats and some rarer ones for higher prices would be nice imo

what’s the worst rolling luck you’ve had?
idk if my luck is good or horrible; last time i rolled in gf and got my fourth zela, fourth dmeta, third madoo, fifth ilm. still want reeche, saline, veroah, and never rolled fujin (traded for her).

those are all great trade fodder, so your luck could be considered excellent depending on what else you have in your box.

I would say my first encounter with DBDC where i rolled 200+ stones and had almost 40% Shazels and no 7*

What are some strategies for the current ranking dungeon? I’m currently running Altura teams but can’t seem to crack 10% despite being able to one shot every floor. Perhaps I’m not quick enough

So here is my issue. I have a sub that I would like to use. I have them inherited on someone but I am not sure who. How can I remove them from that inherit without going through my monster box one. It seems like I should be able to look at the assist monster to see who they are assisting. Am I missing something?

Should be able to go to Manage Assists and choose the card in question. Should let you unassist it

Hello mantastic, i was thinking about my tifa team paired with Karin shindou. Is it better To Five tifa some row subs like Baal or astrae or is she a better fit with 7c subs?

7c tends to be stronger as they will always proc on a bigger board whereas rows only help if you actually have 7 light orbs

I’m not sure if you’re still checking this, but I was wondering if you had any thoughts about the shinrabansho exchange. Since this is the last time we’re likely to see this colab do you think they’re worth grinding for?
