Introduction

The general gist of Question Time posts are for players to ask various PAD-related questions that do not have a simple/Google-able answer or related article on my website. I do play other games and have often found myself having specific/unique questions about it but have no where to go and can imagine this may hold true for some of my readers.

With that being said, there will be some restrictions on the types of questions I will be answering.

If planning on commenting on a regular basis, it is advantageous to create a WordPress account to both receive notifications as well as giving me a point of reference as to who I am responding to.

Do’s and Don’t

download For the most part, almost any question will be answered, even some non-invasive Off-Topic ones; however, it is best to ask questions that require explanation/why/my personal opinion. The following examples are Fantastic types of questions to ask:

  • Of these options, what is the best Yusuke team I can make for Arena 3?
  • What direction do you think GungHo will take with the 4x HP leads?
  • Can Heart Cross teams be revived and if so, how?

x The following types of questions will not be answered by me either because it has a simple Google-able answer or shows a lack of effort on the reader’s part:

  • Anything that Google/Padx can answer
  • A link to your entire Monster Box and saying “make me a team”

Conclusion

I hope my readers use this opportunity to ask questions that will hopefully improve their overall game play and progression.

  2. Of all of the super reincarnations which do you think is the best and worst? Who would you like to see get a super reincarnation?

    1. I would say the best for Pantheons based on my own experience is Indra because of how often I find myself using him due to 5 Effective SB, Super Poison Resist, big HP and bigger shield (which can be more Effective SB). His typings also lets him be used across a fairly wide variety of teams

      As for my most desired SR Pantheon, I would say Diaochan would be huge as she is already a staple but it could be used to remove 2 of her 3 L’s and replace them with something else

  3. What do you think of the asymmetrical lead meta?

    I find it a little irritating given that one is usually a collab tradeable and then the other is a 1% GFE.

    1. But would you prefer if it were two 1% GFE or two 9* Seasonal/top rarity collab? Top rarity stuff will always be the best.

      Symmetrical pairings were often more restrictive as they cover/provide the same things whereas having two different leaders gives more flexibility as you may be able to address more mechanics

    2. With all the mechanics dungeons throw at us nowadays, asymmetrical is potentially better because different leads have different awakening and actives

  4. I’m currently mixed between using Reincarnated Ryune with the Ilmina & Romia album assist with SB+ SA, or using Super Reincarnated Karin with Romia’s Plush assist and Bind Resist SA for my Tsukuyomi x Norza team. What do you think?

  5. To what extent should people trade in DMC? (Like Dante and Vergil or dual Dante or Dual Vergil, etc) Basically, how much should I trade for in DMC in a vacuum?

    1. Trading as a whole is best when you can support the card being acquired and ideally it will surpass your current options.

      For example, i traded for GH Tsukuyomi for Norza teams as it would give me my best AA4 team (I have cleared with nelle/yugi but it is much harder)

      So something like that would be ideal

  6. Did you get anything interesting with the 100 rolls? I got the green witch. A bit underwhelming but hoping Lucia from DMC helps.

  7. Good day to you Sir,

    What are you planning to do with all your extra Vitra’s and Thor’s you rolled? Sell or trade for Rainbow medals? Out of the 100 rolls I’m looking at getting rid of about 80. Just not sure the route to take. The slow trade road or the sell express….

    1. I have almost always been someone who does not get rid of REM cards but I did get an excessive number of vritras

      At the same time, I have far too much MP and 80+ Rainbow Event Medals so I have no need to get rid of my dud rolls

      Perhaps I am always optimistic GH will give them more value but what if more pantheons got Weapon Assists (eg. chinese celestials)

    Assuming you had access to every unit, what would be the most ideal team for Anna x Aljae in your opinion? I’m having trouble thinking of a good team to make.

    1. Would truly depend on the dungeon on hand but high tier rainbow cards such as Aten, Chakeol, NY Reeche etc may be desirable but it is hard for me to say as I own neither of these leaders and my rainbow box is somewhat lacking

  9. So what are your plans for the future, as long as your back let you make a choice. Finishing school? Finding a job? Hobbies beside PAD and Pancake?
    How do you come together with Pancake?
    Btw how is momtastic?

    And do you still play Gregory? What is your team? I am happy about trading Ludvev for him. VIP

      I am uncertain for the future to be honest but I met Pancaaake through Tinder at the end of 2015 =)

      Mom is doing well. She still plays PAD and does play board games with me and has also started reading more

  10. I play with a Valentine Ideal and Dyer/Valentine Ideal pairing and I have been using the Dragon Princess active from the GH collab as an assist to burst through 90% damage reduction shields but my multipliers rarely go over 50,000 without that effect and I don’t know what is a viable way to go through those shields. (Trying to beat Vidar)

    I’m currently trying to get Vidar to make a SR Freya for my ideal wood row team which is:
    SR Astaroth (Skill Boost+)
    SR Parvati (Poison Resist+) Zela assist?
    SR Susano no Mikoto (Time Extend+) Cloud resist assist (Romia’s Plush)
    SR Meimei (Tape Resist) Earrings assist
    SR Freya (Jammer Resist+)
    Fasca (There are 17 Skill Boosts in this team but there are many open assist slots so I find will a way)
    3/288/8/25%
    Do you have any recommendations for this team, like units to change or something?

    1. Hey sorry for late reply

      The main key with Vidar is that it is basically just a big damage check as you need to hit incredibly hard which means you can use a burst but also utilizing subs who have Killers of either God, Attacker, or Healer

      Conversely, using leaders with comically high ATK multipliers is another way to go

  12. I have the evolve Chakeol pair as lead and have Sylvie / Asakura / Rein Astaroth / Cotton. (Sometimes swap in Fujin as needed)

    Any suggestion on potential sub that I need. I am having a little problem with the end game content.

    1. The best way to approach new/hard content is to build a checklist of what mechanics you are facing. If you are doing AA3/4, I have many articles with that premade checklist as it is impossible to make generic suggestions

  13. How do you feel about the future of the NA game? Do you think that there could be a potential server shutdown and players might just have to move to JP?
