Introduction

Today marks the debut of an exciting Seasonal Super Godfest that features both Academy Valeria and the highly coveted Valentine’s Ideal .

What makes Seasonal Super Godfets special is the inclusion of top rarity Seasonal cards alongside Godfest Exclusives with Pantheon cards comprising the bottom rarity. While the Magic Stone cost is doubled compared to rolling in a Seasonal event, the odds are more in your favour here. This is because you have around a 1/3 chance to acquire any top rarity Seasonal or Godfest Exclusive along with a modest chance for 7* Seasonals and finally Pantheons rounding out the rest of the rolls.

This is significantly better compared to rolling a 5-star Halloween card that has essentially no value and this Seasonal Super Godfest can also snag some Trade Fodder or valuable cards overall.

To roll or not to roll

Generally speaking, Super Godfests cost 10 Magic Stones and feature at worst, 1/3 chance for any Godfest Exclusive. As such, it is most advantageous to try and line up as many key cards for your Monster Box as possible before shaking the REM’s hand.

Building upon this, Seasonal Super Godfests tend to have a similar rolling rate for GFE or 8/9-star Seasonal cards along with the 7-star Seasonals lowering the chances for a Pantheon card.

While the 7-star Seasonals are not as magical as their higher rarity cousins, they are difficult to roll and it is less likely players already own a copy of these cards compared to the Pantheons featured. Furthermore, the 8-star Seasonals may have varying value but can still be treated as Trade Fodder.

If all of the above holds true for a given Seasonal Super Godfest, I am much more inclined to roll in it as it is like rolling in a regular Super Godfest but I have a strong chance of acquiring a high rarity Seasonal card. In fact, the majority of Seasonal cards I own have come from Seasonal Super Godfests.

For the current Super Godfest, the line up is solid across both 6 and 7-star Godfest Exclusives with almost all of the 7-stars being valuable at this point in time along with a chance at Academy Valeria and Valentine’s Ideal . Valeria still functions as a potent Skill Boost Skill Boost solution for Transforming Wood teams and while we do not have a truly outstanding leader at this time, that can quickly change and having Valeria then will be meaningful.

On the other hand, Valentine’s Ideal continues to be one of the strongest leaders in the game due to her massive bulk and durability along with the capacity to run high end Rainbow subs. Essentially, Valentine’s Ideal teams are incredibly hard to kill while also having wonderful damage output.

As a whole, this is a strong Seasonal Super Godfest to roll in as the chance for Pantheon cards is lowered to 58.4% (norm is around 67%). While this difference is largely attributed to the inclusion of 7-star Seasonals, there is a strong chance you do not own these cards and owning a single copy of a new card is meaningful. Furthermore, the line up of 7-star GFE and 9-star Seasonals is one of the better ones in recent times and rolling in these events is never a bad thing.

Conclusion

The current Seasonal Super Godfest features a healthy roster of top rarity cards but the inclusion of high rarity Seasonals helps ensure this is a solid event to roll in.

As such, if you are itching to roll something and are tired of Sin Dragons and Key Heroes, this is a worthy place to spend your Magic Stones. Furthermore, you should avoid the Halloween REM at all costs as the scariest aspect is the abysmally lackluster bottom rarity cards (full review can be found HERE),

  4. 5 rolls on main and alt. Highlights: Main and alt got videal and committee chair athena. Main got Norza, Alt got Shelling Ford. All first time rolls. I can finally play yomi-norza on both accounts. But the hype is all about SDKH now. Story of my PAD life. Year late and a lot of dollars short. 🙂

      1. I ended up pulling 10 more times because I have no self control, lol, but got beloved Sonia (3rd), norza (3rd), wood Valeria (1st) and kamimusubi (1st), so I’m pretty happy with that even though I’m below average overall.

  6. Half a dozen rolls just because, came away with wood/fire yog and gamer Ama, which are just box novelties, but the actives/awakenings are uniquely niche, so no complaints.

    I’d like Valeria, but she’s not worth chasing. I don’t actually need her for anything, and all the key hero’s, including Amy, are either already fine on SBs or easily self-coop exploitable, so Valeria doesn’t really have a useful niche. Halloween Bastet is about the 6×7 swap, Chakeol is flush with SBs already. Wood just lacks a relevant lead. The self-coop angle in particular really cuts her value. Amy teams can simply run good subs instead of SB subs, self-coop, and drop.

    (Aside: That’s the real Amy team value, you aren’t hitting damage cap, but you can run wildcard anything for deep utility. With a good cd4 damage boost on time extends card coming in a collab shortly for Amy dmg needs.)

    Saving stones for the even better rates 5 stone god fest coming up shortly. For stockpiling trade fodder, that is the superior rolling opportunity by a clear margin. It lists under godfest and not under seasonal/collabs on the protic JP-vs-NA tracker; it is upcoming in NA very shortly.

    1. Yeah some rolls here are never going to be bad as it is the norm rates for prizes and lower for pantheons.

      While I agree that Valeria is not as fantastic right now, she is well positioned to be relevant if Wood gets a top tier leader

  7. I rolled almost 20 times and got 2 v neys an aten a Athena, hera. I had 5 stones left rolled in key and got a YUCKs which I already had. Bruh

  8. Tired of not rolling Euchs (did get gileon, so not total loss plus plenty of good assists) so tried out the godfest to see if luck would improve. Rolled fenrir (trade fodder), Ama, Michael, and Ideal! Though I should stop after that luck, but got greedy for Norza so decided to roll until pantheon popped. Got Sonia (1st one), fenrir (more trade fodder), Nelle (2nd, assist here i come), and Pavarti :(. Pretty happy. Still have about 300 stones with achievements and dungeon clears next 2 days, so might roll a couple more.
