Draconic Orchestra REM Review and Analysis – July 2020

Introduction

The Draconic Orchestra returns to North America along with their host of musically-themed characters. Sadly, this event as a whole does not strike a high note as the cards featured lack any truly outstanding monsters along with the bottom rarity not receiving any love which in turn has further subjected them to Powercreep.

On the bright side, this event will return on a regular basis which means most of these cards should be regularly buffed. As such, it should be relatively easy to skip rolling in this current iteration and wait for more meaningful buffs before committing Magic Stones.

Either way, this article will outline the pros and cons for each card within the Draconic Orchestra event to give players a better understanding of what each monster can do.

Draconic Orchestra REM Review and Analysis – December 2019

Introduction

The Draconic Orchestra will be making a triumphant return on December 23 and has become significantly stronger since the last time. This is because all of the top rarity cards have now gained Weapon Assists along with several powerful and unique cards being available.

While this is exciting, players have to remember that this is a 10-Stone event which does make it more costly to roll and trade. Furthermore, there are only four bottom rarity cards in this entire Egg Machine who lack Weapon Assists. This will make it harder to justify rolling heavily in as dupes will start appearing earlier and in much higher quantities.

With this in mind, I feel it is still worth to roll a few times as having new cards is always valuable along with the off chance you hit a Diamond egg.

This article will outline the pros and cons for each cards to help players make a more informed decision as to whether or not they should roll.

Draconic Orchestra REM Review and Analysis – July 2019

Introduction

This Monday will see the North American Debut of the Draconic Orchestra REM. This is a special 10-Stone machine that will have a special roster of cards who all share a musical theme.

Generally speaking, the very first time you acquire a card, it tends to have the most value. As such rolling in debut events can somewhat lower the chances of getting dupes as every card will be new. Unfortunately, the Draconic Orchestra REM is not designed well as the four 5-star cards will comprise 62% of all rolls. As such, players will be swimming in these cards who have niche value overall and excessive dupes are not ideal.

With this in mind, I am not inclined to roll in this event outside of maybe 1 or 2 attempts as the chance of a niche dupe are just too high. Furthermore, not many of the cards truly stand out and motivate me to roll. If players are truly interested, they could utilize the Monster Exchange system but this will be a high cost venture.
