Heroine REM Overview

Introduction

The Heroine event returns once again to North America and comes with a myriad of buffs for nearly every single card. Unfortunately, this event still costs 10 Magic Stones and the vast majority of the bottom rarity cards feel grossly outdated despite the buffs.

In fact, even the 6-star cards have questionable value with the vast majority of meaningful cards residing in the top rarity. While they do feature a healthy 17.5% chance of being rolled, they can simply be Monster Exchanged for if you feel they will greatly improve your Monster Box.

On the bright side, all cards feature Weapon Assists along with the option to pull five times at once. This multi-pull feature will grant players 5 random rewards but at the same time, will cost 50 Magic Stones and I do not truly feel this is a great place to spend your precious Stones.

As a whole, I feel that this is a skippable event from a rolling perspective but there may be some justifications in Monster Exchanging for several cards.

PAD Island REM Review and Analysis – September 2020

Introduction

The PAD Island (sometimes referred to as the Beach event) makes a return to North America just as Summer is ending. Needless to say, this event is a major trap to roll in due to the fact that it is horribly top heavy with the 6-star and below cards having lackluster value overall. Sadly, these cards comprise around 75% of the rolling pool while also having little value in dupes (or even as a single copy).

As such, if you are truly GungHo on any of the top rarity cards, utilizing the Monster Exchange system would be the best approach as your Magic Stones will go much further in virtually any other event.

Regardless, this article will outline the pros and cons for each card to give players a better understanding of what to expect in the PAD Island Rare Egg Machine.

Heroine REM Review and Analysis – May 2020

Introduction

The Heroine Rare Egg Machine returns to North America this coming Friday and with it, three new cards along with several Weapon Assists at the top rarity.

As a whole, this event has become weaker over time due to its age and rate in which GungHo releases new characters who tend to be stronger. This is the nature of Powercreep and for players who have rolled in here numerous times already, there will be little merits in throwing more Magic Stones at this machine.

With that being said, if this would be the first time or nearly your first time in rolling here, there is some value across all rarities and they may help fill roles/niches you currently have.

On the other hand, this event will return on a regular basis so there is no “rush” to pull right now.

Regardless, this article will outline the pros and cons for each card within the Heroine Egg Machine event to give players a better understanding of what each monster can do.

Heroine REM Review and Analysis – November 2019

Introduction

The Heroine Rare Egg Machine will be returning to North America once again while providing various buffs to several cards along with new Weapon Assists for five of the 6* cards.

While this does sound nice, this event may be skipped by many players due to how many times it has come around and no one wanting a seventh duplicate of a 5-star card.

This is the exact situation I am in as I have heavily rolled in this event the first couple of times it came around and despite never acquiring a 7-star card, I have no interest in pursuing them. This is not because they are weak, but the 10-Stone cost combined with me owning numerous copies of almost every 5-star card will result in countless wasted rolls. Furthermore, the 5-star cards were once unique and strong but have now become somewhat Powercrept by newer and flashier options.

As a result, the motivation/desire to roll may be lower, even for new players as fewer cards at the bottom rarity stand out like they did in the past.

This article will summarize each card’s strengths and weaknesses to give players a better understanding of what each card can do for their Monster Box.

Heroine REM Review and Analysis – December 2018

Introduction

This Boxing Day, North America will be blessed with yet another 10-Stone Egg Machine through the Fest Exclusive Heroine series. While it may feel frustrating to constantly be bombarded by 10-Stone events, one has to remember that Heroine was one of the original events that featured a higher Stone cost so this should not come as any surprise.

As a whole, the Heroine series is one of the higher-value events due to the fact that many of the cards provide wonderful value but does fall short compared to Dragonbound & Dragon Caller (DBDC) due to the fact that DBDC has stronger cards at the bottom rarity. With that being said, Heroine is home to some invaluable cards that are hard to replicate elsewhere. Thus, it is worth rolling assuming one is missing many of the lower rarity cards with Mel  being a key card to own.

This article will summarize each card’s strengths and weaknesses to give players a better understanding of what each card can do for their Monster Box.

10-Stone Voice Godfest Review

Introduction

The magical event that is scheduled for North America kicks off with a bang on Halloween with a special 10-Stone Voice Godfest. This event is akin to a Super Godfest in that the cost per roll is 10 Magic Stones, but the actual rolling rates are significantly higher along with each roll coming with +297 and max awoken.

While the pluses and awakenings are nice, they are not truly needed and technically add to the cost of each roll, but having a 33% chance to roll any 6/7* Godfest Exclusive (GFE) or 7* Heroine card is pretty amazing.

This leads to a stone conundrum for players as we will be receiving 100 Magic Stones at the same time along with the Dragonbound & Dragon Caller (DBDC) event on the near horizon.

As with any event, the choice of whether or not to roll should be based on your own individual needs and goals. With that being said, it would be wise to save Magic Stones for the DBDC event if missing the 5* cards as they are tremendously valuable.

Heroine REM Review and Analysis – April 2018

Introduction

This coming Monday marks the triumphant return of the immensely popular Heroine REM. However, to mark the celebration of it’s third inception, three new cards will be added along with all the older cards receiving Limit Break and Super Awakenings.

These changes help ensure the machine stays exciting with the Super Awakenings giving the older cards significantly more value and versatility.

It is my belief that Collabs/Seasonal REMs should have value at their lowest rarity to help ensure there is enough collateral benefits to rolling. As such, it is vital that the 5* cards make for strong consolation prizes.

Despite having a wonderful roster, each roll will cost 10 Magic Stones but everything will sell for at least 15,000 Monster Points.

This article will summarize each card’s strengths and weaknesses in the current meta to help you determine if it is worth rolling in.
