Sin Dragons & Key Heroes Overview – July 5th, 2021

Introduction

The Sin Dragons & Key Heroes event returns to North America and features one of the worst possible designed REMs to date. This is because the event cards are mixed in with the regular, non-GFE REM which means rolling a first evolution Pantheon card will happen far too often. Furthermore, most of the buffs/love this time around went into the 7-star rarity who all feature abysmal rolling rates. To top it off, players cannot Monster Exchange for any card along several of the 6-star cards being valuable.

To make matters worse, many of these cards no longer keep abreast with newer options which in turn makes it harder to justify rolling. Thankfully, all players will receive a total of 30 free rolls over the duration of the event. As such, I would not spend Magic Stones to roll until after all 30 freebies have been acquired as you may not need to roll any more afterwards.

With that being said, I will be continuing my shorter format articles due to my wrist pains in order to shed some light on what we can expect from this event.

Ruler of Hell’s Halls Strategies & Planning for Seina

Introduction

My wrists have been hurting for the past few weeks which makes typing painful and nearly impossible. Thankfully, I made most of this already for myself and made it prettier for the purposes of publishing.

I am trying to minimize how much I type so large parts of this will be done via video but should hopefully give you insight into how I approach World of Carnage 2 / Ruler of Hell’s Hall with my Seina team.

Includes PADX walkthrough & breakdown of my strategies

Devil Title clear

General Strategies

  • Stalling F1-8 must have 2 spawns to prevent their ATK buff
  • Use Seina active post-Transform for easy stalling
    • Match 1 Water, 1 Fire, 1 Heart combo
  • Always use Seina last when using board/orb changers
  • VDP pretty much kills any early spawn
  • Super Resolve means you have to kill a spawn twice
    • Row Fire Row can kill most and is less orb hungry compared to VDP

Sin Dragon and Key Heroes Review and Analysis – October 2020

Introduction

The highly anticipated Sin Dragons and Key Heroes is finally coming to North America! This special month-long event features 12 new cards who will be added into the Rare Egg Machine. Of these 12 cards, many of them are impossible to replicate elsewhere along with the top rarity featuring some of the strongest leaders to date.

These new cards will constitute 50% of the rolling pool while the other 50% will feature a rotating list of Pantheons and ex-Godfest Exclusives. Furthermore, there is no Monster Exchange available for this event which means that players will have to roll in in order to actually acquire any of the cards featured in this article.

While this can be frustrating, we will be blessed with numerous free rolls and 150 Magic Stones during the event.

With this in mind, I would love to outline the pros and cons for each card to give players a better understanding of what to expect in the Sin Dragon & Key Heroes event.

On a different note, this event does feature many valuable Farmable cards which will be covered in a separate post.

Bottom rarity quick summary

The bottom rarity should be the main motivation to roll in an event and here is a brief summary showcasing their awakenings and/or Weapon Assists if applicable. Awakenings in (brackets) are Super Awakenings.

The Sin Dragons feature Pantheons as the “bottom rarity” as they are included in the Rare Egg Machine. As such, it is best to examine each rotation to try and line up Pantheons that are more desirable for your Monster Box.
