The August Monthly Quests are the first inception of a new in game currency: the Rainbow Event Medal . These Medals differ from those acquired via Ganesha’s Treasure Trove and cannot be acquire via trading in the Bronze/Silver/Gold Medals.
As such, these Rainbow Event Medals should be cherished as JP has only given out a limited amount (9) and will be used for trading in via the Monster Exchange system.

Evolution Gems
The JP server is several months ahead of North America and they have only received 9 Rainbow Event Medals thus far; however, the two gained from the August Quests will not be sufficient to purchase anything of value (along with not being available). As soon as Super Godfest went live, i streamed all my rolls on my Twitch stream but also uploaded all of my rolls onto YouTube along with a rolling progression tracker.
Enjoy!
Let me know who you managed to roll in the comments below and whether or not this was a Super Godfest for you too.
Super Godfest is making a triumphant return to Puzzle and Dragons and will also feature several seasonal cards to help spice things up. As a whole, a Super Godfest is the best time to roll the Rare Egg Machine as it has the highest total chance of rolling a 6/7* GFE. These cards have become invaluable as both powerful monsters and fodder for trading in via the Monster Exchange system.
This article will further elaborate why a Super Godfest is a wonderful time to spend your Magic Stones along with the anticipated rolling rates.
The Super Godfest occurs for 24 hours 7/31 (Tue), 8:00 PM – 8/1 (Wed), 7:59 PM (UTC-8)

Super Godfest vs Godfest
The Rare Egg Machine Renewal has dramatically changed how Godfests function and will no longer feature all of the 6/7* GFE each time. As a result, the overall rolling rates for any of these cards will naturally be lower as several cards are missing. Continue reading Super Godfest is Coming to North America!→
The Lucky 7’s Tournament is another Ranking Dungeon that will test player’s skill in order to receive valuable rewards. What makes this tournament special is that the top 17% will be able to earn Sleipnir . Sleipnir has wonderful weighted stats along with attribute absorb void. Furthermore, the top 7% of players will also receive a Crown.
In regards to the dungeon itself, it is a fixed team that has No Skyfalls along with a rainbow and leave X number of orbs on the board clause. This can lead to some issues of orb troll but it is possible to sweep several floors without full activation.
This article will outline strategies for improving your score along with combo tips.

Leader skill
Reincarnated Raphael has an interesting leader skill as it is comprised of two distinct components: rainbow activation and leaving 5 or less orbs on the board along with No Skyfalls.
4/5 colours = 16x ATK
5 or less orbs remaining = 64x ATK
Full activation = 1,024x ATK
Due to the scaling component of his Leader Skill, one does not always have to full activate every single floor and it is possible to clear several with only 1 component. Continue reading Lucky 7’s Tournament Guide→
Puzzle and Dragons has dramatically shifted over the past few years to a coop-based game if one wants to be as efficient as possible. This has it’s pros and cons, but being forced to play in multiplayer is impractical for many players. As such, having a viable solo mode experience is always welcomed and Ganesha’s Treasure Trove is just what the doctor ordered.
Ganesha’s Treasure Trove is a 1 week event that can only be completed in solo mode and is easily the most efficient way to farm Super Snow Globes. As such, it is well worth your time/stamina to play this dungeon as much as possible during the week.
This article will summarize how the dungeon/Monster Exchange system works for Ganesha’s Treasure Trove along with a sample speed farming team.
The Persona Collab is finally making its way to North America and would have been more exciting if we did not already have Magic: The Gathering Collab. This is because Magic: The Gathering largely sidelined many of the Persona Cards and lowers their overall value as we now have alternatives for some of their abilities.
While this may sound depressing, it also means one can save their Magic Stones for a more beneficial event (large speculation for a Super Godfest with the debut of Richie ). With that being said, the Persona Collab comes with powerful farmable Weapon Assists and cards that are worth pursuing. Full article on farmable options can be found HERE.
This article will summarize all the REM cards available in the Persona Collab by examining their strengths, weaknesses, and where one can effectively utilize them.

Today marks the debut of Version 15.0 for North American players and with it comes numerous quality of life improvements; however, these changes comes with new interfaces that may require some adjusting. This article will summarize all the Plus Bank, Tamadra Stacking, and Evolution Gem (sometimes called Evolution Stone) mechanics along with how you can make the most of each new addition.
Full patch notes from GungHo NA’s Facebook can be found HERE.
The format for Godfests has been dramatically changed through their REM Renewal along with Full Disclosure of Rolling Rates. These changes dramatically improve your chances of rolling a specific card as the pool of available monsters is significantly smaller as only a portion of the all possible monsters are featured at a given time. This is great news for players as you are better able to focus your Magic Stones on key cards.
Godfests no longer advertise “rate increases” and instead Highlighted specific cards along with 6/7* Godfest Exclusives being available. As such, these events are the best time to roll the REM as the current meta is heavily favouring these rare and elusive monsters.
Rolling rates may change or vary with each Godfest event and some 6/7* GFE may have higher rolling rates. Always check the rolling rates before proceeding.
Introduction
Saturday marks the return of our bi-monthly Godfests and features absolutely nothing interesting this time around. This is because it is just a standard Godfest with an average line up and no boosted rates/additional cards being available.
With that being said, it is a pretty good event to skip in order to save your Magic Stones for a more lucrative event as there is speculation (nothing confirmed) that NA will be receiving a Super Godfest in the near future along with the release of a new 7* GFE.
On the other hand, both Red and Blue Odin received Mega Awoken evolutions that dramatically improve their viability. In addition to the regular Godfest review, this article will be touching upon the Odins to help you better understand them along with possibly changing your mind about using them as Monster Exchange fodder.
Unlike Godfests of the past, only some 6/7* GFE will be featured. If they are listed as unavailable, you will be unable to roll them during the event.
June 30 – July 1 Godfest
6/7* GFE available
6/7* GFE not available
You ideally wish to line up a Godfest that overlaps with several key targets to improve your overall chances of success. Thus, it may be advantageous to wait for a more opportune Godfest if the current one does not feature enough key targets.
Based on the revealed rolling rates of previous Godfests, 6* GFE will have 0.6% hit rate whereas the 7* had 0.5%. With that being said, some GFE may feature an increased rate and you simply have to check the displayed rolling rates each time.
Magic: The Gathering Collab is coming to North America this Monday through a synchronized release with the JP Server. This is incredibly exciting as North American players are able to board the hype train as it departs the station instead of several months later when potentially newer and flashier things have been announced in JP.
Furthermore, this Collab has a massive following and many players may be rolling for both their potency and for nostalgia reasons. As a whole, this event is quite solid as all of the 6=star cards have merit and value unlike most other 5-stone machines of the past. As such, it may be harder to trade them in via Monster Exchange as they all offer something valuable through both their regular evolution and Weapon Assist form.
Unfortunately, the Magic: The Gathering has less value at the 5-star rarity which is where approximately 90% of the rolls will be found (basing off the notion that 6-star cards tend to be around 2.5% each). As such, it may be challenging to fully justify rolling and players may end up only Monster Exchanging for a few select cards.
This article will summarize each card’s strengths and weaknesses to give you a better idea of whether or not it is worth spending your Magic Stones in this event.

Introduction
Saturday marks the return of our bi-monthly Godfests and features the Evolved Neys as an added prize. This will bump up the total number of featured 6/7* Godfest Exclusives (GFE) to 25 as opposed to 21 from the previous Godfest.
The additional 4 cards should increase the total rolling rates for the GFE which may make this the strongest non-Super Godfest event. With that being said, the evolved Neys should have a similar rolling rate (speculation) as Zela due to them coming out as 7-stars.
Unlike Godfests of the past, only some 6/7* GFE will be featured. If they are listed as unavailable, you will be unable to roll them during the event.
